Barbara,
I think I have your solution. When you want to send a report to someone, set the report up and then on the right hand side below the printer picture click on the text file button. now click on the create button (top right.) A window will open that says, Create text file. Go to a directory you want to create the report. Once you do that, then you can send as a text file to whomever you choose.

Hello.
I seem to have hit a block today, which I think is allowed as its my 70th
birthday!!!! I want to send some info to someone who has just emailed me, I
have the info, but can't find how to send it. I can see what I want to send in
the Print Preview but no Edit, Copy, Paste [to email].I've gone to Help but
only see Copy to Clipboard etc.
Can anyone make it simple for me please?
