Hans, It sounds like you have two sets of parents connected to the child. One of those sets is probably no names.
Connect the child to the correct set of parents and accept that the person is already a member of another family. With the problem person in the family view, click the parents icon. It will have a number beside the man and woman. Click it. When the window opens, it will show the various sets of parents the person is linked to. Unlink those that are not correct.
