Kathy, Do you have the second condition as a "AND" or an "OR" condition. It needs to be an "AND" condition for this to work. If you have it as an "OR" condition, you will get everyone buried in that location.

What I'm trying to do is this: Condition 1 - individual who's burial place contains "town name" Condition 2 - individual who's User ID is blank. I can configure the search to include a User ID that contains certain information, but what I'm trying to do is find out who I have buried in a certain place does NOT have a User ID yet. I'm using the ID's to show burial placement in a cemetery. When I select the User ID as the second condition, and leave the space blank, it continues to find ALL the people from that cemetery. Can this be done currently? If not, does anyone know of an easier way to accomplish this without me having to search through all 6,000 people buried in this certain cemetery? Thanks in advance!
