first go to name list
second decide wheather you want the list to be sorted by
RIN number
Given name It sorts by First name
Surname I sort by this one
third go to the bottom of page and select print buttom
fourth Review Option buttom
fifth review --is this what you wanted
sixth hit the print buttom.
