John, Two problems: For individual reports, font options don't stick, you need to set them each time. On the report options screen, select courier new for "Data". Also be sure to select the same font size that you chose for on screen display.
Here is a sample of the output: http://home.comcast.net/~a1097c/indi.jpg Secondly, there is no way to change fonts for the chronology report. Steve --- On Wed 04/27, John D. The reports I'm looking at are individual reports with the chronological option on and the chronological view. Neither will keep the fonts straight. Any other thoughts on this. Change the SCREEN font for NOTES to be the same as the REPORT font. That way what you see as you type will be the same thing that is printed. Event NOTES are controlled by the DATA font in report options (this is obviously a bug, as it should be controlled by the NOTES font).
