@***@ is a gedcom cross reference. The programme you got your gedcom from exported these. If you have the gedcom you can look through the file with notepad (search for @Sub1@) and see what it is. It will probably be a custom source or event.

Then it is up to you whether you still need it. You would have to re-enter the data.

This is my take on it. Others will probably have a better idea.

Currently I have 868 persons in my files with   @Sub1@ as a place.
I once imported files into my data but will never do so blindly again. Have
been moving these up to the space just below where it says Degree of
Ancestor Intere as I run across them, have read all the Legacy help things
but still my brain will not let me know what this means and if I can just
delete them all without worry.Could SKP splain it to me in baby terms
please?
