Where do you find 'Insert underlines....' I only see 'Blank Line Removal' and it is grayed out in both the Descendant and Descendant Narrative reports. It is available in the Family Group Record report. I do have the Deluxe version. What am I overlooking?

In book reports I don't have any blanks when I know the cemetery but not the date.
Do you have "Insert Underlines for Missing - Dates and Places" ticked? If so, you need to untick it.
