DUH!! Just saw the label "Include" on the tab! Sometimes I can't see the wood for the fact that I'm not looking properly! :)

Cheers

Jan,

When you select the Event Report you rget a menu with 3 options: Include, Options, and Filter. Select Include and the first category is Events to Print. Subcategories are: All, Only tagged, Only untagged, Only this event. The latter has a drop-down box to the right where you may select an event type; i.e., deed, obit, etc.

Hope this helps.

Kay

I have 14th April build - and locations are showing correctly. But where is the "include" menu you mention?

Gail,

My February 4, 2005 build assigns the correct event location for the Event Report - perhaps there is a bug in a later build that causes this. Also, you *can* select the event type. On the "include" menu tic the "only this type" box and select from the drop-down list. I notice, however, that only individual events are included in my report -- nothing for the marriage events.
