Hi Peggy,
I add them as an Event (Family Photo) in Marriage Events for whichever family most of them belong to. eg photo of siblings under parents marriage events; photo of cousins under grandparents marriage events.
I usually don't include Event Description and Place but try to put at least the year in the date. I sometimes write event notes about the occasion on which the photo was taken.
I don't know how this works in webpages. Cathy
