At the top of the window of the results of the search there are three boxes #:_______ Given:________ Surname:_________
To alphabetize by surname you just need to click the surname box. Help -> Search for help on -> Click the Find tab and enter "Query-By-Example" then click the topic "Searching" There is quite a bit of info there about searching.... If you have several complex searches you do occasionally you would want to save the search criteria for each so you don't have to re-enter it every time. Whenever you want to recreate the list all you have to do is load the saved criteria. Is there a way to make that happen? I see you can save and load search results. Where are the instructions and suggestions on what you can do to use the search results at a later time?
