Tom, Several years ago I made a Christmas CD and sent it to about 50 people on both sides of the family. Most of them were autobooting, opening up in a pedigree view. All folks had to do to navigate was click on the names. A few of the CDs were prepared for the college aged family members. I used Genviewer for them and included a gedcom of the family data. The only ones I know for sure looked at the CDs were the younger crowd to whom a CD is a normal part of their life. The older folks gave me all kinds of excuses for why they never opened the CDs. The younger group really was the target and a couple of them have since expressed interest. Maybe somebody will carry this fun on when I go away.
