Bill, The suggestion I have will only assist with your Legacy IGI searches, I believe. If you create an AKA for the woman with her given name and married surname, the IGI search will look for all variations of her name. But generally speaking, this does not add much value since most IGI search results do list the women by their maiden names.
I'm not sure why the Search Internet for Current Person feature does not do the same. Sorry to not be of much help, Susan p.s.
