I already have a list of the 50 people. What I want is to print that list of 50 persons WITH the source specific CITATION. I'm afraid there is no way to do that.

I believe that you could print a list of all the
persons in a search list that have a specific source
as follows.

Go to the master source list and highlight the
specific source. Next click on the "show-list"
button. When the pop-up window comes up, select "tag
everyone in list" being sure to pick a tag number not
already in use.

Now go back and do the search that created your
original search list and add as an additional
criterion those with a tag number of "x" (i.e. those
with the desired source.) You should get your
original 50 pared down to only those with the source.

Hope this works for you.

output to look something like this:

Source: Kentucky Death Index

1. John Doe 078 Fayette Powell 10/20/1985
v 023 # 123456
2. Elizabeth Roe 081 Jefferson Shelby 02/25/1946
v 005 32564
3. Etc ....
4. ....

There are about 50 people in the list and it seems
there should be a way
other than to manually review each person. I do
have MS Access if that
becomes necessary.
