You might look at  www.openoffice.org .
The price is FREE for their office suite.
I don't know for sure it its database program
will do what you want.  But the price is right.

You can download a 10 evaluation from www.ability.com The database is included with Ability Office Pro but can also be bought separately if the other components are not needed.
