Hi Peggy,
You can globally change your selection in Options > Customise - Sources tab.
Unfortunately, this isn't a temporary change. A temporary override would be great. Even better if it was applied to only tagged Master Sources.

The easiest way to change everything is to export everything to a new Legacy (temporary) file and do the global changes and print from there. Don't forget to clearly name this file or delete it after use so you don't get confused and enter things in the wrong file :-)

Note that for printing source citations, it is often better to enter all the relevant source detail, text, comments so that it only prints once. eg if you had a Source that gave you a wife's given names and birth year. In the source detail put: Name: Mary Jane; Born 1870 OR given names and birth year only and attach that to Name and Birth rather than attaching to Name with a note that it didn't include her Maiden Surname and to Birth with a note that it only gave the birth year.

Cheers,
Cathy

I have been marking many source comments and details/comments to not

I find I am needing to make a report that includes everything to doublecheck
some possible consistency problems.

Is there a way to turn on printing for all of these without having to go
back and go over each record individually? I know I can choose to print
sources/details in reports, or choose not to, but I want some to print and
some to not print when I am making a report for relatives and want to keep
it readable. Once I have printing turned on for everything, I can always
delete the unwanted notes in a report using search and replace in my word
processor. Wish I'd thought of that in the beginning.

Thank you for any advice,
Peggy
