Hi Ron, Yes, there seems to be way too many nested tables in the program generated output. There are definitely missing start and end tags for rows, columns and tables. There are also incorrectly nested division tags, font tags and table tags.
The code to generate the pages should probably be re-worked, but it won't be a simple task. I don't think a quick fix will be in the offing. I am convinced that because the Legacy tables are not properly nested and are contained in a table comprising my header and footer tables are opening and/or closing using incorrect tags. To try and clarify this: As I see it, if a table is not closed correctly then any new table will be incorrectly nested in that one. similarly if a new table should be opened and is not then additional code will be contained in whatever table is available (assuming that there is one). It's difficult to explain clearly but I hope you can see what I mean. Ron Ferguson http://www.legacyfamilytree.com/LegacyLists.asp _______________________________________________ No banners.
