Hi Ann,
Without knowing more the steps you are using, it's difficult to advise.

You should be able to save to a jump drive (I hadn't seen them called that so had to look it up) in the same way you can save to a floppy or another folder. If you can't see the jump drive on the drop down menu, then perhaps you need to install it.

Usually automatically recognised by XP but requires installation on 98
