Use the "Unlink" feature of Legacy. Bring up the daughter in Family View
and write her RIN on a piece of paper. Right click, select Unlink from
parents. When the unlink is accomplished, click the left arrow at the top
left of the screen to bring up the parents in the Family View. Click on the
wives icon and bring the correct wife into view with the correct husband
showing. With the correct parents showing, click add daughter, click
"Select Existing Person", a select list appears, type in the RIN in the box
upper left, click select. The daughter will then show under the correct
parents.
In summary: (1) Unlink daughter from existing parents, (2) get correct
parents showing on Family View, and (3) add daughter from Existing (not new)
persons.
Much easier to do than it sounds.

I have a child, Elizabeth, in my database as the child of Abraham and
Fannie
GOLD. I want to change the entry so that she appears as the child of
Abraham
(same father) and Anna (second spouse of Abraham) GOLD. How do I make that
happen? Right now all I can see is that I have to completely delete
Elizabeth and re-enter all of her data.
