Legacy 5 was changed to import PAF 5 files but be sure to check child-parent
relationships. PAF is limited to the same relationship of a child to two
parents. Sometimes a child has a bio relationship to a parent and also an
adoptive or step relationship to that same parent and a second spouse in a
PAF file.
Legacy may show multiple parents for the same child without any
relationships identified after an import from PAF.
The GEDCOM tags used for child-parent relationships are different in PAF and
Legacy.
Legacy 5 allows a source for each child-parent relationship that is lost in
GEDCOM transfers to other genealogy programs. -- Elizabeth

I am using Legacy Deluxe 5.0. A friend is sending me a GEDCOM file from
his PAF 5.2 program. He has asked how he should send it - PAF 5 or
GEDCOM5.5 - in UTF-8, UNICODE, ANSEL or ANSI format.
