When I run my File ID report it shows two lines (one for picture, one for video) for a certain File ID (Book 3, Item 1) for a Person (person1) that it shouldn't.
I've tried everything that I know to get rid of it. Person1 does not have that File ID on anything that I can see. I had assigned that File ID to a picture and a pdf file for a particular master source. I have since deleted that source to see if I could get rid of the erroneous information. It did not let me delete it because it was in use (as expected) by e.g. person2 (not used by person1). I removed the source from person2 and then was able to delete the Source. But I still have it showing up on the File ID report as being used by person1. I've done file maintenance, check/repair, and compress but that didn't help. Any ideas on how to get rid of this?
