I am new to this group. My question is:
Do sources for events show up in reports?
You need to turn the source citation reporting option on in the Report
Option of the report you want to view/print.
For example on the button bar, click the [Report] button, select
Individual tab, then the [Report Options] button. On the Sources tab,
select the checkbox top left hand corner for the option Print Source
citations. You can also choose wherre to print, style and formatting as
well as images on this tab. Click the [Close] button then the [Preview]
button, and you should have any event sourced. I have mine at the end of
the report. You should check all options before you do any report
anyway, and try different options to suit your needs.
There was a discussion recently about census inputs. I find when I enter a
census as an event, the source data for that census does not show up as a
footnote or on the source list in the Descendant Narrative report.
I have also tried the DNR and it works fine as well using the above options.
