one?
Robert,
June mentioned event sentence definition.

Put it this way, if you have a location in your MAste Location List as:
long - Barony, Glasgow, Lanarkshire, Scotland
short - Glasgow, SCT

Then in the Event definition for (let's say) :
event: Census
desc: 1851
date: 30 Mar 1851
place: Barony, Glasgow, Lanarkshire, Scotland

In Edit Event Definition:
All fields: [HeShe] appeared on the [Desc] census [onDate] [~inPlace].

Should read as:
He appeared on the 1851 census on 30 Mar 1851 in Glasgow, SCT.

Instead it reads:
He appeared on the 1851 census on 30 Mar 1851 in Barony, Glasgow, Lanarkshire, Scotland.
