Andrea,  I think we all use the tags for different reasons.  I can see why 
you would want to see them all based on the way you've described you use 
them.  However, the way I use them, I don't need to see more than 2 even at 
a time.  And I like having one or two "extra" for quick searches & reports 
that I know I won't need again (at least not soon) --- as well as having one 
for testing out problems reported here on this list! ;)  --Paula

Why offer them if unwilling to make them all available?
Legacy, I hope you will take this into consideration. Having them all
available would be greatly appreciated, as they stand now, by not having
them all useful is a waste of programming.
