Thank you. I set the status to "unmarried" and discovered that if I marked "Use the phrases from the marriage records" for the family view, the word "partner" was used. Under the individual report the partner is listed as "partner" but the man she later married is listed as "other spouse." I haven't tried it for other reports yet.
You can tell I'm quite new at this. Is there a way to change the wording (other than in a word processor) to "spouse" and leave off "other?" Thank you!
