Thanks Connie for this great tip. I was wondering how to do that but
hadn't gotten motivated enough to search the help files. I also would
not have known to click the reset for it to apply globally. I made an
assumption that just checking the boxes would have been sufficient.

Go to Options>Customize>Sources then look down towards the bottom where
"Source Detail Defaults" are listed. There you can check any or all of the
options (to include: citations, source details, detail text, comments).
Check the boxes that apply to your goal and then click on the 'reset' button
beside each change. Now 'save' your changes. Remember this will change how
'ALL' the Sources will print in your database... If you don't want every
source to print this way every time then I believe you will have to do each
one individually as I wrote of in my 1st reply...
