Linda, Rather than a "glaring balloon", why not go into Edit Event Sentence Definition and remove that field?

A 3rd would be a glaring balloon that pops up and says DO NOT FILL IN THIS FIELD FOR AN ALT EVENT. In the mean time, I guess there is some clean-up needing to be done to prevent it in the future, at least in my database. Thanks guys for double checking this for me. It's like writing an essay, no one can really proofread their own work. Linda Dennis Kowallek wrote: >On Sun, 26 Jun 2005 22:13:24 -0700, "Kirsty M. I don't think hidden fields are the solution.
