John, That's probably a good question for the programmers, but as far as I know, Legacy is being programmed for only 32-bit.

I think Legacy is written to run on 32 bit machines, and the AMD 64s will run that software just fine. In order to take advantage of the double width of the CPU core, applications need to be rebuilt for the 64 bit environment. I don't think that's happened with Legacy 5.0.
