I suggest that you configure your computer for selective startup mode. Deselect all but the most essential programs required for startup. Ensure that works properly. Add Legacy to the startup list and ensure that works properly. Add all other programs one at a time, ensuring that each does not conflict with Legacy. This is a laboreous task, but might find the problem. If you do not know how to configure your computer for selective startup mode, contact your tech support.
