I'm having a problem with the formatting of the Multiple Lines of
Descent Report and other Book Reports. They look find on Preview and as
a PDF file, but when saved in RTF format, the formatting in the list of
children follows a funny pattern. The boys are indented a lot more than
the girls giving an untidy look to the list. Is anyone else having this
problem and is there a solution? If there isn't does anyone know how to
find and replace the tab formatting in MS Word. My report is nearly 200
pages and would take an age to do each child. I've tried to follow the
instruction to do this in Word, but it's not working.

What is happening is that there is a tab after the M and a space after
the F. Ctrl-h opens find and replace in MS Word. Put M^t in the Find
what box and M - that's an M and a space - in the Replace with box.
