Jim,

An uninstall of Legacy was designed to prevent loss of files created by the
user, i.e., those in the Data, Pictures and Web folder, as well as
protecting the usr files (which we sometimes have a user delete for various
reasons).

Backup isn't necessary, however, it never hurts to do one on a regular
basis. My saddest task is to tell a user that their file is unrecoverable
and they have no backup!
