Ok , here are a couple of questions to wake you up.
Firstly is there any rule of thumb as to how many sources (reference
numbers) are acceptable/preferable? On some names I have abt eight. Too

On an Individual Report 'Report Options' (and maybe others but I have
not found them yet) on the bottom left hand corner, there is the option
to check User ID, with the secondary option to 'add to end of names'. If
the User ID is checked but NOT the one to put it at end of names - where
does the User ID go? I can't see it anywhere on the report I am looking
at, other that at the end of the name if that one is selected. Is there
a point in checking the User ID and not the secondary one?
