Actually, there's plenty of room for "AnyCity, AnyCounty, AnyState,
USA"... at least that's what I've been able to do..

My locations are exactly as *I* want them -- be it in 3, 4, 5 or even
more parts. I keep the Master Location sort direction set at "Right
to Left" and so far everything has worked just fine. Obviously I'm
smart enough to have the country in the last position, which is
something many Americans don't bother to do with their "USA" -- then
they get all upset when CA gets interpreted as Canada!!
