I don't have any trouble getting into the IGI without Legacy so my
account information is OK.
But have you told Legacy what those setting are?
As instructed by the error message,
When you open the search the IGI window press the Options button
in the lower left. One of the options should be Family Search
Account Settings. Go there and tell Legacy your account
information so it can log you in correctly.
