Researchers need to learn where to find the custom import options for GEDCOMS from programs (or newer versions) that Legacy 5 doesn't recognize. Spell-checking a Legacy report saved as RTF would probably be a good idea. I only looked at a general note which had been edited. The test file also had some old notes started in PAF-DOS with short lines.
Customers ask for "features" like location notes and then discover they are lost in file transfers from Legacy to other programs.
