At the Online Store they promise to send the email with an
activation code by the next business day. With all the orders
they are handling for the upgrade I would just be patient. I also
suspect the password for the basic version is handled by an
automatic process, that is why it arrives so quickly. The
verification of your payment and entitlement to the upgrade price
may involve some manual vetting or assignment of a new customer
code that cannot be processed as quickly.
