Not sure quite what you mean, but there's a button for multiple spouses (multiple marriages), and children would be listed under the appropriate marriage. 'Half' siblings simply won't show up on the same list. While it might be nice to be able to look at the entire make-up of a household at any given time, I don't know of a way to do it without doing some mental cutting and pasting. The Spouses/Children window in the top left hand corner of Pedigree view gives you an overview, but that's all. You still have to check and make sure that things like dates are consistent.
