Sure. In the Individual Information screen (at least on the Deluxe version)
there are several numbers that appears on the extreme right side of this
window. If you have a birth for this person entered, it will give you how
long ago this person was born. For example, if John Doe was born Oct 11,
1792, died March 8, 1866, buried March 12, 1866, then to the right of the
locations in the Individual Information will show how long ago he was born
(212), age at death (73), and age at burial (73).

I wouldn't want to do without this feature having used it so much, and
evidently, someone on the list is having trouble getting the ages to appear.
