You shouldn't have lost anything. And yes, Legacy 6.0 is larger, much
larger.

I am a little confused; you said "it will not go on to the pedigree file."
Are you trying to export? You should everyone in either the Family View or
the Pedigree View.

Subject: Re: [LegacyUG] [V6]

Hello,

I seem to be having a few problems with my downloads. I will tell you my
sad tale.

The first download of Legacy 6 I downloaded to pc. This seems to be ok but
then we had problems. Your advice was to remove and then down loaded again
load which I did to a cd.

Size worried me 25 MB checked with you and got the thumbs up then later
found a comment which also said 25 mb was correct.

I cleared my pc then download from the cd the new Legacy 6. Added my family
history files and everything looked great.

However, isn't there always a however, Today I went into add a date and
find I only have one family of Rudge's there all the previous generations
are missing.

Tired Index and there they are in red and blue but will not go on to the
pedigree file. Cannot get to see the family only on Index.

Before I jump off a cliff is there anything I can do. Legacy is a great
programme but I appear to be having problems. Perhaps I should buy the
programme not download... I am happy to do this just have to wait till my
budget is ok also. In the meantime what can I do?

I look forward to your help and thank you in advance.
Marie
