Keith, I think you're right and that it must be due to my firewall settings.
I use PC-cillin from Trend Micro. Unfortunately, I cannot find a way to let
this go through and still have my firewall up. Maybe I can contact them to
see if there is a way around this.

Have you checked your firewall setting's? This could be restricting Legacy
being able to use the net correctly.
