Winifred, I downloaded the program EndItAll yesterday and used it (close all not kill all) when I was doing the cleanup of my harddrives (which I try to do weekly). It worked great with my Win XP SP2. It should work ok if you need to close all programs running in the background so you can use Legacy. Thank goodness I do not have that problem. Myrna Jorgensen
