Thanks for all the input. I understand that work-arounds exist but I
hope you're at least with me that it's not a bad thing to support
current standards. The current standard in most applications is to have
live updates to scroll bar movement. It's fast, intuitive and widely
supported. If I have to learn work-arounds in several apps, it defeats
the purpose. Thankfully, for now, Legacy is the only product I have that
doesn't work this way.
Will it keep me from using the product? No. But it's just one of those
things that you hope gets addressed somewhere along the way towards
perfection. <grin>
