That's probably the easiest for you at this time -- back it up to a 
floppy.  Your daughter can then simply "Restore Family File" from 
that floppy.

Note however that this will *not* include any associated graphics.  
If you have them you'll also need to "Backup Multimedia Files".

You don't need to create a new family file on your computer for this 
nor should you use a gedcom when it's a Legacy-to-Legacy transfer.

One thing you'll need to consider for the future is how then to get 
your daughter's changes back into your file.  There are a few 
different options but ask when the time comes around.
