Oh, sorry, Susan - wasn't sure of your familiarity level with Legacy. Now I am using Legacy ver. 5, but this part should still work the same... Click on Search at the top menu bar. Then select Find... The search tab selected should be on the middle one: "Detailed Search" Primary Condition Look for Whom? pick "Individual" Where to look? pick "Event-Notes" How to look? pick "Contains" What to look for? Type in the occupation keyword you are trying to find. (I typed "club".) Near bottom, select "Clear List before this search." I then choose at the bottom "Create List" to see all the individuals this matches.
So if you had put Census information into the Notes portion of an Occupation (or any other) Event, this search above will find it. Please let the list know if Ver. 6 doesn't work this way, and someone else can probably direct you.
