Leon,

Thank you very much for your suggestion. This was a great help. Now that I
have gone through the process a few times, I find it to be an effective way
to achieve the results I want.

I included "spouse" as one of the columns so I could check for the female's
married names. This was an added bonus especially as 23 of my relatives
have the name combination of Walter or William Lynch. This should make them
easier to find if they are buried with their wives.

Thanks again. :)

     Janet

I think the following will provide you the information you need:

1. View, Master lists, Address lists, Event
2. In this Event list, Highlight the Cemetery you want
3. Show List of people for this Cemetery
4. At bottom of this list, "Untag Everyone in File"
5. Now, Tag this list of Cemetery people using "Tag 1"
6. Close all windows and go back to the Family view
7. Search for the following:
Individual, Tag 1, Equal To, Tagged
   And Create List
This creates a list of people with your chosen cemetery
8. From this screen, Select "Print"
You can now customize what ever columns you want to print about
each person in your cemetery list.

This seems complicated, but it is really very each, just follow the steps.

 Subject: [LegacyUG] Printing Cemetery Lists

G'day from Australia! I'm fairly new to legacy and I would like to print a
list of people buried in a particular cemetery for when I go travelling to
another state next month. So far I have been able to print a list from
Master Lists>Address>Event by clicking on show list and printing it but I
noticed that it prints the females maiden surnames (which my relatives
aren't buried under). Is it possible for the married surnames to show (in
brackets maybe)? Is it also possible to print their birth/death/burial
dates? Am I going to have to handwrite all these details on the printed
event address or print an Individual Report for each person (I have 274 in
one cemetery alone, I will be visiting about 17 cemeteries and that's a lot
of paper to take when luggage space is limited)? Is there a report that
would do this or could one be developed (would make it easier for
Christenings research also)? All my cemetery's are entered in the Burial
Address in the + area next to buried in. Any suggestions would be most
 welcomed.

 Thanks

     Janet
