Mason, I too had an error with a To Do item. It was created on a child that I chose "adopted" for the father relationship and "biological" for the mother's relationship (the "biological" is probably a default setting, anyway...).
This To Do "title" would end up being forced into the child relationship field as an "added" relationship... Something I definitely did not do or initiate in any way. I'm sure this is some sort of bug. Thank you for verifying this problem. Question is whether this will create future instabilities with the DB. Mason, did you clear this up at all? What did deleting the .usr file do? I too (backed up first) deleted all files except the .FDB file, but I'm not sure what all the extra files did/do. It didn't hurt anything deleting them. Everything ran, well, "normal," including that odd printing of names bug. I have tried File Maint., File compacting, deleting the .usr file, installing MS Jet Pack 4 and exporting my Legacy file but no luck except for clearing up a To Do list error on a To Do not found when running file maintenance.
