Monty, That doesn't have an "off" switch. Too many of our users weren't realizing that they needed to backup multimedia files separately and were losing pictures when their computers crashed, so at popular request, we added that extra reminder in. In fact the programmer forgot to add it to the backup window when the "x" is used to exit and people were emailing asking for it there also!
