I do have the box checked for Sources to print. When I preview the report,
the Sources are there; when I send it to PDF, the Sources are there; when I
send it to RTF in Microsoft Word, the Sources are missing.
I'm confused!

When in the Publishing Center, you must go to the Options Tab & check
