Hi Karen,

I'm puzzled - how do you *know* the husband is the father?

I have more than one instance of this and always leave the father and partner blank as you suggested that you could do.

Subject: [LegacyUG] Legacy6 deLuxe- child out of wedlock how to put it in Legacy

Found a funny thing today, a couple in the 1780's had a child out of wedlock eight years before they actually got married and had the other children. How am I going to put this into Legacy? When I put the data of the child in the existing marriage Legacy will give a warning and rightly so; it is incorrect. Make a duplicate parent link and add unmarried will probably work confusing.
I am also wondering how to send this to TR.
How are you on this list tackle a problem like this?

Looking forward to some answers,
TIA, Keren
