Hoping to raise an answer to my LEGACY plight I am using this letter to re
state my problem I just did the action stated below and event addressees are
still locked for me. I have entered many cemeteries in the past two months
and all is locked and I cannot get the event addresses to show for me..
please some on help me I have been requesting help in this matter since
January 4th.
Please somebody answer me and help me fix this problem

I'm going to have you do a complete uninstall and then reinstall. After
you
uninstall Legacy, with Windows Explorer find and look in the C:\Legacy
folder or what ever folder you had Legacy installed in. Within this
folder
you will find several files remaining that you will need to delete.
Carefully delete all of the files in the Legacy folder but DO NOT delete
any
of the folders like the Data folder, Picture Folder or Web Folder as these
folders hold your data and you don't want to accidentally delete your
family
file or pictures. All the other files should be deleted. You'll need to
reset your preferences after you reinstall.
Download the Standard Edition from our website. If you have the Deluxe
Edition, you'll need to go to Help > Unlock Legacy Deluxe to unlock the
Deluxe features after you reinstall.
When you reinstall, make sure that all other programs are shut down and
your
anti-virus software is disabled.
