Hi,

I'm using Legacy 6 Deluxe latest build.

I'm looking for a way to do something like the multiple descendant book
report, but for everyone in the database. Picking the starting marriages
by hand isn't too bad - I have 45 starting points for my direct
ancestors.

But to find everyone in the database, I tried tagging all linked
individuals with no parents. That's 2500+ people in this case. I tagged
them, then walked through the tags in the family view. If the spouse has
parents, I untag the person, because that person would be listed when
doing the spouse's descendants. Walking through 2500 tags is cumbersome
to say the least!

Here's the problem I'm trying to solve - surely somebody else has
addressed the same issue?

When I do the descendants of the furthest-back BARNARD, the report shows
both me and my uncle - we're both Barnards. It shows my uncle's wife
because she married into the family. However, it does NOT show her
grandparents - they're not married into the Barnard line. However, I'd
like to show her grandparents, because we know who they are, and if I
share my report with my aunt&uncle's family, they'll naturally be
interested. Any way to do this reasonably easily?

The multiple descendant book report is great. It eliminates duplicate
lines.

Suggestions?
